I enjoyed this book and it had a ton of useful information, I learned a lot and coming from an absolute beginner this is huge. Short Term Rental hosts are a newer subject and therefore it appears that many of the books are unrefined and this book is no exception, though there is a lot of valueable information. I had problems with his website not having resources mentioned in the book (I was accessing on mobile so that might be where the issue is happening), I also used the printed version of the book that had no tables of contents or page numbers. I will be referencing this book frequently in the future so that would really help me. All these problems are just small publishing issues and I found overall the book to have a lot of information that I was looking for and am happy I spent the money/time reading it.
