Got this for my bf he’s getting into smoothies. Some really weird recepies.
I wish it had more green and protein shakes but overall it’s a great guideline.
I love this new book with 5 ingredients or less for smoothies! In my house we make smoothies all the time and it was refreshing to see some new twists with ingredients I never thought of. I tried several recipes and they all came out so delicious. I would definitely recommend to add to a cookbook collection or to even give as a gift.
I am new to smoothies, so I am loving this book! I love the tips, especially on swapping ingredients and I never thought of freezing yogurt that has expired and putting it in ice cube trays. I love the different combinations that the author has mixed together, some that I would never tried on my own. I may even try Chia Seeds, I think that in a smoothie seems a great way to taste test it. I can’t wait to try the Peanut Butter & Jelly with Banana & Oats…. And Cauliflower in a smoothie??? Why not.. Worth a try. Definitely happy with my purchase!
I’m obsessed with the peanut butter and banana smoothie and I love the way the author includes citrus zest in many different ways. I was in a smoothie rut, my kids weren’t drinking my tried and true recipes anymore so I’m so excited to try all of these! Such an easy way to give us all the good stuff! The author’s credentials make me feel secure knowing these recipes will be as healthy as possible.
I love this book!! Some of the smoothies have ingredients that i would’ve never thought to add to a smoothie but it works!! And it’s great that all the recipes are super simple and have only a few ingredients.
Perfect book for someone looking to be more healthy & loose weight easily. I love waking up and having my delicious breakfast smoothies ready in no time! These recipes are also great for post recovery smoothies to help nourish your body after a hard workout. You will not be disappointed! Highly Recommended.
